Driving change and breaking barriers

for people living with disability

Who are we?

Incite Collective is a values-driven, grassroots collective of independent level two and three support coordinators and social workers providing support across South-East Queensland.

We’re committed to delivering independent, person-centred support that challenges the status quo. We exist to bridge the gap between systems and people, promoting equity, inclusion, and justice at every step.

Our practice is grounded in the belief that disability is not an individual failing, but a social construct shaped by systemic barriers and injustice. This understanding drives our commitment to transformative justice and informs our community-based approach, which centres healing, accountability, and systemic change.

We’re here to help you get a better understanding of your NDIS plan, connect you with the supports you need, and – most importantly – ensure every cent of your funding is being used effectively.

Services

NDIS Support Coordination

At Incite Collective, we do more than coordinate supports; we challenge systems, centre voices, and push for justice.

We’re here to deliver authentic, person-centred support coordination while actively addressing the systemic barriers people with disabilities face. Our work is grounded in transformative justice, which means we don’t just help participants navigate the system; we also work to change it.

Social Work

At Incite Collective, our social work services go beyond individual casework; we offer holistic, justice-oriented support for people with disability. Whether you’re navigating complex life situations, systemic barriers, and social inequality, our qualified, compassionate professionals are here to support you.

Our core values

At Incite Collective, we are committed to delivering services that honour the unique culture, identity, and beliefs of our participants. We believe that respect, dignity, and inclusivity are foundational to quality support, and we actively uphold every participant’s right to express and practice their values while engaging with our services.

These values inform every interaction, decision, and service we provide.

  • We view each person holistically, supporting them to not only reach their goals but also to live rich, meaningful lives beyond the NDIS framework.

  • We lead with trust, believing in the best intentions of the people we work with from day one. Trust is not earned; it’s extended as a principle.

  • We continuously strive to raise the standard of what ethical, person-centred support can look like. We push boundaries while staying grounded in integrity.

  • We align our leadership, decisions, and practices with strong ethical values. Consistency, transparency, and accountability are non-negotiable in everything we do.

  • We embrace diverse perspectives and experiences, not just as a value, but as a strength that enhances our team, services, and impact.

  • We are committed to driving meaningful, radical change through inclusive thinking and practices that elevate equity, access, and opportunity for all.

What people say…

  • "Nathan has been instrumental in helping our (mutual)18-year-old client secure both housing and a traineeship. His robust understanding of NDIS processes, strong network, and steady support made these achievements possible (and wouldn’t have occurred without his contributions). Nathan works with quiet humility, showing consistent kindness, patience, and insight. His contribution has been invaluable."

  • "Having just seen our new NDIS plan we are super excited! Incite considered all areas. Thank you so much Ros for all the effort and support. I don't know how to express our gratitude in just one sentence. Really, really appreciated. Thank you once again."
